Q. Why don’t you include pricing on your website?

A. Pricing varies from project to project. Pricing is based on a variety of factors like the scope of project, the needs of each client and the time required to complete the project. In order to receive an accurate quote for your project, please fill out this form or schedule a free consultation call for more information.

 

Q. How long will it take for you to design my website?

A. Most full web design projects are completed within a 4-6 week period. This includes the on-boarding process, the design process and the closing process. Timelines are subject to change based on client response time throughout the project and number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond those offered in your contract may extend project duration.

Redesigns and custom services are often completed between a 1-4 week period depending on scope of work.

If you are on a tight deadline and need your project completed in under four weeks, please let me know during our consultation call so I can accommodate you.

Q. will i have to provide my own content or do you offer those services as well?

A. You are responsible for providing all content that will be displayed on your website. Stock images and placeholder text are used for the creation of initial concepts and will remain on the site until you deliver your own content to the designer. You may choose to keep the stock images presented in the initial concept, but must provide your own images if you do not wish to use the stock images. If you aren’t sure where to find images for your website, we will discuss this during our free consultation call.

If you are unable to provide your own content before the end of your project, you will be responsible for changing all placeholder text and stock photos; a tutorial will be provided to you so you can see how to input your own content after your project is completed.

If you are in need of copywriting services, I will recommend a talented and trusted copywriter to assist you.

Q. I may need additional assistance after my website is completed. are you able to help?

A. Absolutely! If you’d like to continue our work together after our project is completed (for site updates, general site tweaks, support etc.) you will be required to pay a monthly retainer fee for on-demand services. Your monthly fee must be paid on time every month, regardless of whether or not you utilize these on-demand services each month. Please allow a minimum of 30 days notice if you wish to cancel your on-demand services.

Q. DO you still offer logo design packages?

A. Logo design services are available upon request and are limited in availability. If I am unable to meet your request at the time of your inquiry I will connect you with a talented logo designer who can create your logo.
